Advertisers’ Payments

Sekindo doesn’t charge its advertisers for any of its services. Nevertheless, a $1 fee will be charged for defining a new credit card, or modifying an existing one, due to security reasons.

Sekindo accepts payments via wire transfers, Credit/Debit cards of the following providers: Visa, Master Card and American Express or any other payment method as agreed between both parties.

Advertisers can view the details of their current outstanding payments and their payment history on their Billing page on the Sekindo console.

Payments to Publishers

Sekindo charges advertisers and sends publishers their advertising revenues, using cheques, Paypal or wire transfers, according to the publisher’s choice and the approval of our finance team.

Payments will be made in US Dollars, or a different currency, based on the relevant US Dollar rate on the payment date. The payments are on a net 30 basis unless mentioned otherwise by one of our team members. Every mid-month, after closing the billing period of the previous month, an e-mail, with all required information, is sent to each publisher which has reached the appropriate credit.

The appropriate tax invoice should be sent by the publisher, no later than the 5th of the following month, while the invoice date should be for the date that the invoice was sent on. In cases where the invoice date is later than the relevant month, or the invoice was received after the 5th of the following month, payment may be one month delayed.

Prices on the Sekindo console do not include VAT.
It is the publisher’s sole responsibility to report the income generated through the Sekindo Ad Platform to the tax authorities. A publisher must agree and acknowledge that Sekindo is not, and will not be a party to any dispute arising between him and the tax authorities.

Publishers can see the details of their current credits and their income history on their Billing page on the Sekindo console.

Payments to publishers will only be made after the earned revenues owed by Sekindo exceed US $50. In case the owed revenues don’t exceed this minimum in one billing period (one month), the payment will then be carried to the next billing period, or until the publisher reaches US $50 of revenues.
